The Scout section is for boys and girls aged 11 – 14 years who enjoy lots of challenges and plenty of action!
Camping and adventurous outdoor activities form and important part of scouting. Scouts are guided by adults, rather than being told what to do. Scout leaders are there to help and give direction but Scouts are involved in planning their own activities and making decisions with the other members of the Unit.
Every Scout has the opportunity to attend at least one Jamboree camping with thousands of Scouts from all over the country and from many parts of the world. At a Jamboree Scouts spend 13 days camping having the time of their lives, whilst learning new skills and making new friendships and connections along the way.
